EF Drum(Environment Friendly Drum)

  • A. Overview

    The EF drum (residual improvement drum) was developed to minimize the amount of residual. It is designed to move the stored material naturally to the Dip-Tube side by raising the N2 side 5 to 10mm higher than the POR drum. Therefore, the EF drum will help solve environmental problems such as air pollution and water pollution.

  • B. Expected Effects

    By improving the residual volume of the drum compared to POR drums, from 0.8 - 1.2 L to 0.5 L or less, we have achieved a 40 - 60% reduction in residual volume compared to POR drums. This minimizes generation of waste, reducing disposal costs and actively contributing to ESG management for environmental sustainability.

PCR refers to recycled products that are used by consumers instead of being disposed of as waste. This involves collecting, cleaning, and reprocessing discarded products. This process produces new plastics, which play an important role in the circular economy as they can be used for other applications instead of being sent to landfills at the end of their life cycle.
